Hellur ... Hi? Do you remember me?? I'm back from lazy town.

I have finally finished the Caviar Anti-aging: Overnight Hair Rescue (repairs while you sleep) serum! (it took 7-8 months to finish) I honestly really like this product. I bought it for $35 at Sephora but apparently its $40 now (sad. you could probably buy a eyeshadow platte instead) but the smell, the texture, and even the benefits are amazing which makes it worth the spurge.

First things, first. The smell of this product has a flowery/ lavender scent with a slight fish smell (kinda. Maybe it's just me). THE SMELL IS NOT OVER POWERING, its bearable. Since the product is suppose to be used while you sleep the smell won't keep you up at night. I guess the flower scent helps you sleep, it has some kind of calming effect to it. Y'all going to have a good nights sleep!

Moving on to the feel/texture of the product. If you are familiar with face lotion serums, this is exactly the texture (watery yet thick and creamy). It has a lotion look but none of the thickness like a lotion. It dissolves into the hair quickly and doesn't feel oily after application. This product claims that it will not leave residue on to your pillow. I visibly don't see it but I do smell it on my pillow in the morning.

Lastly, the benefits. I bleach my hair often which means I have very dry hair and breakage, and it has worked wonders for my hair. From dry/breaking one night to super soft/healthier in the morning it's like an easy fix. Don't just use it one time and wait for a long period of time to use it a again because it starts to lose its effect in your hair. It's goes in this cycle of dry, healthy, dry, and healthy. So I would advise using as directed (2-3 times a week). I did not following the directions the first attempts and was really confused as to why it was going in this cycle.

-I didn't want be to nit-picky about everything because usually I am very picky about stuff I buy and try, where I end up looking on reviews for weeks to months not sure if I want to buy it or not. -

I genuinely love this product and the whole line. It has worked wonders on my hair and would recommend this product to people who have processed hair or just want to keep their hair healthy.
